Getting Started

NFT stands for Non-Fungible Token. It's a unique digital asset that represents ownership of a specific item or piece of content, stored on a blockchain. Unlike cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, each NFT is unique and can't be exchanged on a one-to-one basis.
Click on "Sign Up" in the top right corner of the website. You'll need to provide an email address and create a password. After verifying your email, you can connect your crypto wallet to start buying and selling NFTs.
We support most popular Ethereum-compatible wallets including MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet, and Trust Wallet. For specific NFT purchases, please ensure your wallet has enough ETH for the NFT and gas fees.

Buying NFTs

To buy an NFT:
1. Connect your wallet
2. Browse or search for NFTs
3. Click on an NFT you want to purchase
4. Click "Buy Now" or place a bid
5. Confirm the transaction in your wallet
6. Pay the gas fee to complete the transaction
Gas fees are payments made to compensate for the computing energy required to process and validate transactions on the Ethereum blockchain. These fees fluctuate based on network demand. You'll always need ETH in your wallet to cover gas fees for transactions.

Selling NFTs

To list an NFT:
1. Connect your wallet
2. Go to your profile and select the NFT you want to sell
3. Click "Sell"
4. Choose between fixed price or auction
5. Set your price and duration (for auctions)
6. Confirm the transaction and pay the gas fee
Our marketplace charges a 2.5% fee on all successful sales. This is deducted from the final sale price. Additionally, you'll need to pay Ethereum gas fees for listing, accepting offers, and transferring NFTs.

Wallets & Payments

Click the "Connect Wallet" button in the top right corner of the website. Select your wallet provider from the list and follow the prompts to connect. You may need to approve the connection in your wallet extension or mobile app.
Yes! We've partnered with several payment providers to allow credit card purchases for select NFTs. Look for the "Buy with Card" option on NFT listings that support this feature. Note that there may be additional fees for credit card purchases.

Account Issues

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password. Note that your wallet connection is separate from your account password - resetting your password won't affect your wallet connection.
Go to your account settings and click "Change Email." You'll need to verify both your current email and the new email address. Changing your email won't affect your wallet connection or NFT ownership.

Popular Questions

How do I know if an NFT is authentic?

Always verify the collection's contract address and check the blue checkmark for verified collections. Be cautious of NFTs that appear identical to verified collections but have slightly different names.

Can I resell NFTs I purchase?

Yes, unless the NFT has transfer restrictions (rare). You can resell any NFT you own on our marketplace or other compatible platforms.

What happens if I lose access to my wallet?

Without your wallet's private key or seed phrase, you cannot recover access to your NFTs. We recommend storing this information securely in multiple locations.

Are there any restrictions on what NFTs I can create?

We prohibit content that violates our terms of service, including illegal material, hate speech, and unauthorized copyrighted content.
